All bodies are valid, regardless of size, shape, color, and other physical characteristics. Learn to accept and appreciate your body for what it is, rather than striving for an idealized version of it. My group program focuses on improving body image, and encourages you to focus on what your body can do, rather than how it looks

Food is never earned. In my group program you’ll learn that food is just food. It doesn't have to be something to fear, hate, or feel guilty about. Instead, you can see it as nourishment for your body and soul

One of the most important things you can do to reject diet culture is to focus on self-care instead of weight loss. Focusing on making healthy and nutritious meals, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and taking time for yourself can help you feel better without needing to focus on a certain number on the scale
